Aromatherapy Massage Treatment - £40 for 1 hour

Aromatic essential oils have long been known for their many health benefits, including their antibacterial, anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects. The highly concentrated oils are mixed with massage oil or lotion and inhaled and absorbed into the skin, providing a wide range of therapeutic benefit. Combined with your choice of massage, our hot oil aromatherapy treatments are the perfect remedy for promoting healing and recovery after a long day. 

Hot Stone Massage Treatment - £50 for 1 hour

Hot stone massage is a type of massage therapy that involves the use of smooth, heated stones. The warmed, heat-retaining stones are then placed or massaged onto specific points on the body. The localized heat combined with the weight of the stones warms and relaxes the muscles; which allows the application of a deeper pressure to the areas (without causing any discomfort), inducing a deep state of relaxation and well-being.  The perfect treat for those who feel the cold. 

Thai Herbal Compress Massage - £50 for 1 hour

Thai herbal compress massage uses selected blends of traditional Thai herbs which are steamed in a specially designed compress, for a relaxing and invigorating effect on the body and mind. Soothing sore and overworked muscles whilst also giving the body's reserves a therapeutic boost.  Our Thai herbal compress massage enhances both emotional and physical well-being and induces a deep state of relaxation that relieves stress and fatigue.

Dead Sea Body Scrub - £50 for 1 hour

Dead sea salt body scrubs are an ancient nourishing treatment in which coarse dead sea salt crystals are combined with aromatic essential oils and gently massaged into the body in order to revitalise and invigorate the skin, enhance energy flow and promote a state of deep relaxation. The therapeutic benefits of Dead Sea salt includes; enhancing skin hydration, calming acne and skin allergies, reducing stretch marks and promoting cell growth.
